Implementation. Active management of T&T by the customer, the clear definition of services provided by the customer and the equalisation of resource curves are essential ingredients for successful implementation.

Transition & Transformation. Planning and preparation with clear milestones, sufficient resources, implementation of risk management with transparent communication ensure a smooth start and successful operation.
RFI / RFP. RFI and RFP are interlinked and ensure that market participants are professionally qualified and that the most suitable solution can be developed.
Know-how Transfer. Know-how transfer involves the successful transfer of knowledge and skills from an existing team or location to a new team/location.
Exit Support. The aim of exit management is to ensure the orderly and smooth transition of services and systems from one provider or internal team to another.
