Mission - For over a decade, I have been guiding companies safely through the complex landscape of IT outsourcing.

In the complex world of IT procurement, the expertise of someone who has already successfully navigated the challenges is invaluable - and that's where I come in.

  • Strategy. Every situation is different. Carefully analysing the initial situation allows you to define options for action and feasible timelines.
  • Procurement. From RFI to RFP, from document preparation to negotiation, from due diligence to contract conclusion: a transparent approach increases the comparability of offers, while a detailed T&T plan with definition of work packages and services provided lays the foundation for successful implementation.
  • Implementation. Active management of T&T by the customer, the clear definition of services provided by the customer and the equalisation of resource curves are essential ingredients for successful implementation.
